Body Décor Boutique Goes Home to Give Back

Ever concerned with empowering women, Body Décor Boutique believes it important to support the community they serve not only by tweeting messages that elevate spirits, but by also backing efforts that do the same.

Join Body Décor Boutique as their Fall 2012 Fashions are featured by the Memphis Chapter of The National Coalition of 100 Black Women (NCBW) at their 22nd Annual Southern Heritage Classic Fashion Show and Brunch on Saturday, September 8th at the Memphis Marriott East Hotel, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. This signature event is one of the premier fundraisers for the NCBW's community involvement activities and scholarships for women.

Body Décor Boutique has also signed on to judge the ArtsyMarzy Boutique's Candyland Kids Competitive Fashion Show. Open to children from ages four months to twelve years, the fashion show will be held at Opera Memphis September 16th at 3:00 pm. Come be inspired by fabulous designs while providing aid to single moms and dads. Body Décor Boutique owner, Tara Seals, along with former Miss New Jersey, Amy Polumbo, founder of Youth In Christ, Jarvis Cook, and others will judge and provide fashion tips to up and coming designers from around the Mid-South.

Finally, Body Décor Boutique will participate in the Cordova Festival, an annual community activity whose proceeds go toward the repairs, maintenance and restoration of the community's school building which was built in 1913. Merchants, artisans and others will unite to sell their fares, enjoy children's activities, lively entertainment and fabulous food.
